The Tardee Tradition

1994 - 2011

5 time World Champion and Reserve World Champion

Condolences to Alecia Oberholtzer and her family on the loss of The Tardee Tradition.  Tardee was Euthanized  on 12/13/2011 due to a long fight with Laminitis.

Tardee had multiple  World Titles including AQHA WC,  PHBA WC, and Congress Champion.   He was owned by Alecia Oberholtzer.   Tardee has left 1 fantastic Palomino Colt,  who Alecia hopes will  follow in his father's steps in and out of the ring.    His last 2 babies are due in 2012.   Tardee has sired 45 foals who have earned over 133 points with some of them are still showing.

Tardee will be greatly missed,  he was one of those studs, that was a pleasure to handle and be around.

Scholarship

The Scholarship committee is proud to announce the award of $1,000 to Makaia Papasergi.  Makaia's education plan is to earn her PhD in biochemistry, enabling her to conduct research methods to treat, and hopefully cure neurological diseases such as Parkinson and Alzheimer.  Her sincere compassion to help people as well as her determination will serve her will in her endeavors.
