Mission Statement

The general purpose of the Western New York Quarter Horse Club shall be to encourage the ownership of AQHA registered horses and to enlighten the public to its general purpose, to promote more and better breeding and secure as many possibilities for the exhibiting of the Quarter Horse in compliance with the American Quarter Horse Association rules.  The Western New York Quarter Horse cub was formed on February 17, 1957 and was incorporated on June 22, 1960. Whenever possible, the club will sponsor AQHA horse shows, open horse shows, monthly newsletters, year end awards, or other Quarter Horse related events to assist in promoting the American Quarter Horse and to provide opportunities for exhibiting the Quarter Horse.
